The work relates to demolition, renovation and new construction at the Polfermolen location.
The current buildings, with the exception of the sports hall, must be demolished. The work includes:
1) the design and construction of a new swimming pool;
2) the design and renovation of the existing sports hall;
3) the design and construction of a small-scale catering facility for the swimming pool and sports hall;
4) the design and construction of the infrastructure and public space;
5) the design and construction of houses, part of which must in any case be intended for starters and seniors.
In addition, the contractor at Plenkertstraat has the option of creating a commercial plinth in which, for example, shops and catering facilities can be made.

There is room for a few dozen homes in the plan area. The sports facilities have a size of approximately 3,000 m
