The project has previously been put out to tender as a national procurement notice 31.3.-28.4.2023, during which the tender material was supplemented with an additional letter on 14.4.2023. The content of the invitation to tender material now published is the same as the original tendering process with additional letters. A decision to suspend the previous tendering process was made on 5.6.2023.

The starting date of the contract depends on the Ministry of Education and Culture's decision schedule on possible support for the project. The goal for the project to start is October 2023, but no later than January 2024. A more detailed schedule will be discussed together with the contractor in a report negotiation as soon as possible after the winning bid has been determined.
