The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, tourist development, harvesting and ripping of timber, seed and selection, side use of the forest and trees to be carried out in the Opoczno Forest District in 2022- the third edition after the annulment of two parts in the second edition

The item of the order was divided into parts (“Packages”)

Part of order No. 1 Package 3 — forestry: Januszewice, Sitowa, Białaczów;

Part of order No. 2 Package 4 — forestry: Rożenek

Part of order No. 3 Package 6 — forestry: Kowalów,

Part of order No. 4 Package 7 — forestry: Myślibórz

The scope of the subject matter of the contract shall include the total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, tourist development, logging and plucking of timber, seed and selection, side use of forest and tree trees resulting from Annex 3.III to SWZ, which consists of:

Annex 3.1. — size of works by activity groups, activities and location;

Annex No 3.2. — timber collection sortyment system;

Annex No 3.3. — a statement of the distances and conditions of breaking wood;

Annex No 3.4. — a statement of items not made available for machine acquisition;

Annex 3.5. — information on the use of possible logging technologies;

Annex No 3.6. — list of areas where the protection of airstrikes and subplants is planned;

Annex No 3.7. — list of surfaces where cuttings are planned at the planting site;

Annex No 3.8. — list of areas where the collection of cones/seeds is planned;

The scope of the subject matter of the contract shall include the total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, tourist development, timber harvesting and plucking, seed and selection, side use of forest and tree-trees resulting from Annex No 3.IV-to SWZ, which consist of:

Annex No 3.1. — work size by group of activities, activities and location;
