1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of cytostatics, auxiliary drugs in oncology, medicines, nutrients, diagnostic tests and infusion fluids to the hospital pharmacy of the Specialist Tuberculosis and Lung Diseases Team in Koszalin within the scope specified in the SWZ and the asortimet and price forms constituting Annexes No. 2/I -2/X to the SWZ.
2. The Contracting Authority shall extract an order for ten stand-alone parts (each part is referred to as “Task”):
3. The quantities given in the assortment and price forms shall be used only for the purpose of comparing offers. If, for reasons beyond the Control Authority's control, it would be pointless to implement the total quantity of the assortment, the Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce to 50% the gross value of the subject of the order specified in a given assortment and price form - without the right to pursue claims in this respect by the Contractor.
