The purpose of this contract is to provide a tool for the dematerialization of the purchasing cycle of all the activities of the Jean Moulin Foundation. In addition, this market is part of the desire to comply with Ordinance No. 2021-1190 of 15 September 2021 on the generalization of electronic invoicing in transactions between value-added tax and the transmission of transaction data.
