Description:
Software delivery with Oracle licenses in the Unlimited License Agreement (ULA) formula along with Technical and Critical Assistance (ATiK) for 24 months

Supply of software with Oracle licenses in the formula of unlimited use of ULA (Unlimited License Agreement) in order to implement strategic projects for the Company and ensure the continuity of operation of critical systems, along with Technical Assistance and Maintenance (ATiK) for 24 months and migration of previously held licenses;

1. The subject of the order is:

1) sale and delivery of software provided in the Unlimited License Agreement / software license formula unrestricted use license, software provided in the standard program (finite number of licenses);

2) providing migration / license conversion services for the software owned by the Employer;

3) sale and delivery of Universal Software Developer cloud services loans or equivalent;

4) ensuring that the Software Manufacturer provides Technical Assistance and Maintenance services (hereinafter also "ATiK") for the Software.



1. The subject of the order is:

1) sale and delivery to the Employer of the following software by the Contractor together with the software manufacturer's licenses:

a) software provided in the Unlimited License Agreement program, hereinafter referred to as "ULA" / software license in the formula of the so-called unrestricted use licenses specified in Annex 1 to the ToR,

b) software delivered in the standard program (finite number of licenses) specified in Annex 1 to the ToR;

2) providing migration / license conversion services of the software owned by the Employer as indicated in Annex 1 to the ToR;

3) sale and delivery of Universal Software Developer cloud services loans or equivalent;

4) ensuring that the Software Manufacturer provides Technical Assistance and Maintenance services (hereinafter also "ATiK") for the Software referred to in point 1 for a period of 24 months from the date of signing the Software Acceptance Protocol.
