Development of project documentation for the expansion of the gas network w/c — elimination of transmission restrictions in msc. Kruszyniec-Lisi Tail. 3048/202

The subject of the contract is the development of formal and legal design documentation, together with obtaining the relevant implementation permit (construction project) and the development of technical documentation (executive project), as well as the authorship supervision of the Investment for the construction purpose under the name: “Expansion of the gas network w/c — elimination of transmission restrictions in msc. Kruszyniec — Lisi Ogon”, for the following factual range:

Specifications:

1) object type: gas pipeline;

2) Location: Kruszyniec — Lisi Tail, UP/000412735;

3) network length: including gas pipelines 3000 m, (the specified length of the planned gas pipeline is an estimated quantity and subject to change in the event of a change in formal-legal and/or environmental conditions; the Contracting Authority allows an increase in the length of the pipeline by 1,5% within the Contractor's remuneration); what:

(a) Material: PE;

(b) diameter: 225;

c) pressure: medium;

2. Detailed scope of work:

1) Execution of construction and executive design, traffic organization design, surface restoration project and bill of quantities:

(a) gas pipeline ś/c dn 225 PE L = 3 000 m, hereinafter referred to as the project;

2) obtaining all required opinions, permits and decisions, including obtaining on behalf of and for the Employer, from the competent authority, the final building permit decision or notification on behalf of and for the Employer the intention to start construction works or construction not requiring permission for building;

3) execution of investor cost estimates;

4) exercising author's supervision covering five one-off benefits of author's supervision;

5) registration of the Construction Log.
