The agreement consists of implementing, making available, maintaining and supporting a case system in the form of a SaaS (Software as a Service) solution including links.
The agreement is entered into for a period of at least 4 years and a maximum of 10 years. The term of the agreement starts when the solution is put into production (expected to be 1 January 2024).
The GR Cooperation Kempen municipalities acts as client on behalf of KempenPlus.
The case system is offered as a SaaS (Software as a Service) solution and includes at least the following functionalities:
• case functionality, including a business and data warehouse;
• document- in recordmanagementfunctionality;
• managementinformatiefunctionaliteit;
• functionalities for the optimization of digital services.
Optionally, the following functionalities are requested:
• Klantcontactfunctionaliteit;
• connection to MyGovernment /Personal Internet Page (PIP);
The case system must be linked to:
• Centric Suite4SociaalDomein
• MS Office
• Scanner
