The existing school building will be supplemented by an extension and partially increased. In the area between the existing and new sections, part of the existing building between axes A and B will be demolished. The finished, extended and converted building consists of 3 intersecting structures - so-called clusters - each with 3 full storeys with flat roofs. Each of the 3 clusters is accessed by a staircase with elevator. The sanitary facilities are also located at the access cores. On the ground floor there are sports, swimming and motor skills rooms, a cafeteria and the general specialist rooms. All classrooms, care rooms and the teachers' areas are located on the upper floors. The central multi-storey hall is separated from the other areas on the 1st and 2nd floor by 2 fire protection sliding gates each.

The existing building, with a partial basement, was built at that time in concrete skeleton construction. The extension will be realized in solid construction, the extensions in timber construction.

Before the conversion and expansion of the building, the existing buildings are gutted except for the shell or the reinforced concrete skeleton construction. Pollutants are dismantled in accordance with the guidelines.

The total gross volume is approx. 32,000 m³, the GFA is approx. 8,000 m².

The tendered metal construction work includes the services:

- Static substructures for fire protection doors in steel construction made of hollow steel sections

- Fire doors on the 1st and 2nd floor
