The subject of the Contract is divided into six parts: Lot No. 1 - supply of building materials: concrete blocks; Lot No. 2 - supply of building materials: curb, edging, openwork slab, resistor; Lot No. 3 - supply of building materials: cement and sand ballast, ready-mixed concrete;

Lot No. 4 - Supply of building materials: stone aggregate, aggregate; Lot No. 5 - Supply of Building Materials: Sand, Lot No. 6 - Supply of Building Materials: YOMB Board. A Contractor may submit a bid for six (6) Lots. The maximum number of Lots for which a contract may be awarded to the same Contractor: six (6). The subject of the contract is the cyclical supply of construction materials to the Contracting Authority, consisting in their delivery and unloading in the places indicated in the orders awarded by the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party reserves the right to collect it with its own transport – it applies to lots no. 1, 3, 4, 5. In this case, the loading is the responsibility of the Supplier.

A. The Contractor shall supply and unload the object of the contract at his own expense to the places indicated by the Contracting Authority, among the following:

- headquarters of Ordering - 78 Gdańska Street in Władysławów,

- construction sites carried out by the Contracting Authority and located

in the Municipality of Władysławowo,

- sites of building houses implemented within the borders of the Pomeranian Voivodeship.

The Ordering Party reserves the right to collect the building materials – concrete cubes (lot no. 1) by their own transport. In this case, the loading is the responsibility of the Supplier.

B. The Contracting Authority shall each time anticipate the demand for a given construction site by sending an order by e-mail to the Supplier in order to prepare for delivery of a given amount of construction materials.

The quantity of materials indicated in the order must be prepared for delivery within 7 days from the date of sending the order by e-mail. Deliveries of materials to the places indicated in the order will be carried out within 2 days from the notification by phone or e-mail by persons authorized by the Ordering Party. As a rule, deliveries of a given order will be carried out in full transports. The Ordering Party stipulates that the last batch of delivery of a given order may be carried out as a delivery with incomplete transport. Therefore, the supplier will not demand any additional remuneration from the Ordering Party related to the delivery of the cube

with incomplete transport.

C. The offer price for the supply of building materials should include; any costs, including transport and landing at the place of delivery, and shall not change throughout the delivery period.

D. Any delivery must be confirmed by the person appointed by the Contracting Authority on the WZ document issued by the Supplier.

The original WZ document will form the basis for the qualitative and quantitative reception of the ordered batch of material.

E. The quantities of building materials listed above represent the estimate, the actual quantities of the building material ordered may be smaller.

Pallets will be returned to the Supplier at the request of the Ordering Party within a period of not less than 30 days and not longer than 120 days from the date of delivery of a given batch of pallets, and their price is not included in the cost of materials (the Supplier will not charge the Ordering Party with the costs of pallets). The cost of using pallets by the Ordering Party should be included in the price of the material. If the Ordering Party exceeds the 120-day deadline for returning pallets, the Supplier shall charge the Ordering Party with the costs of the pallets at the unit price specified in the Supplier's offer. The price for 1 pallet is one of the criteria for the evaluation of offers and the Supplier will declare the price for 1 pallet in point 2B of the Offer Form.

Delivery of materials to the places indicated in the order will be made within 2 days of the notification by telephone or e-mail by persons authorized by the Contracting Authority. As a rule, the delivery of a given order will be carried out with full transports. The Contracting Authority stipulates that the last delivery batch of the order in question may be carried out as delivery with incomplete transport.

Accordingly, the supplier will not demand additional remuneration from the Ordering Party related to the supply of YOMB discs with incomplete transport.

C. The offer price for the supply of building materials should include; any costs, including transport and landing at the place of delivery, and shall not change throughout the delivery period.

D. Any delivery must be confirmed by the person appointed by the Contracting Authority on the WZ document issued by the Supplier.
