the purpose of this Contract is the selection of companies responsible for providing professional drivers during the Rugby World Cup. The administrative and technical clauses of this Contract are detailed in the Special Clauses Book. Pursuant to Article R.2162-4 of the Public Procurement Code, the Contract takes the form of a single-awarding framework agreement, with no minimum in value or quantity and with a maximum overall value of 550,000 euros (excluding tax).
