The work to be designed and produced concerns:

- building 13 - day school:

—— facade renovation (exterior insulation),

—— replacement of exterior joinery and rolling shutters,

—— various refreshment works,

—— extension of 600 m 2 SDP (building 13),

—— two common rooms 36p,

-- bodybuilding room,

—— step room,

—— student locker rooms,

- building 14 - administration:

—— transformation of housing into administrative spaces,

- building 15 - school life - foyer:

—— replacement of joinery and rolling shutters,

—— renovation of facades (exterior insulation),

—— replacement of passageways,

—— 950 m landscaping treatment 2 Green spaces.

The share of the financial envelope allocated to the works by the contracting authority amounts to EUR 2,600,000.00 excl.

The successful tenderer will be entrusted with a basic mission, including SSI, supplemented by missions: inventory of fixtures with inventory of existing (partial DIAG), quantitative measurements (partial EXE), and additional assistance missions: comfort analysis summer with thermodynamic simulation, energy monitoring and energy saving certificates. As a forecast, the project management mission should start in February 2021.
