This procurement exercise resulted in the setting up of a framework contract with four suppliers under each lot. The initial framework is for 3 years with the possibility of extension for a further 2 years. ECMWF may reopen the competition at a later date to add additional suppliers to the framework on the same conditions. Purchases under this framework are subject to further competitive quoting via mini competitions between the framework holders. The contract values indicated in this document constitute the ceiling amount for the cumulative expenditure under the framework over the initial period of 3 years.
