The subject of the contract covers the purchase of electricity for the needs of:

1) facilities of the Municipality of Brzeg and its organizational units. The planned total amount of electricity consumption for this purpose is estimated at 1435.70 MWh.

2) lighting facilities of the public space of the Municipality of Brzeg. The planned total amount of energy consumption for this purpose is estimated at 477.90 MWh.

NOTE: for PPE listed in Annex 2 and Annex 1 in items 1 to 100, the Municipality of Brzeg has concluded reserve agreements with TAURON Sprzedaż Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Krakow, and for PPE from Annex 1 of items 101 and 102 comprehensive agreements.
