The purpose of this call for tenders is to obtain:

1) technical support and assistance for monitoring renewable energy on the basis of agreed and established renewable energy indicators; and

2) regular publication of the results of this monitoring in a user friendly format as specified in the attached terms of reference.

Monitoring, assessment and performance indicators for renewable energy, investments and market trends in Europe.

The renewable energy monitoring shall include renewable energy data collection, analysis and publication of results on the basis of specific renewable energy indicators, capturing data and trends on renewable production, deployment, investment, employment and other characteristics within each of 27 EU member states and for the EU as a whole (aggregate results) in the period from 2021 to 2024 (inclusive).
