The aim of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority's need for consultancy services/support within the field ICT security.

The Norwegian Energy Regulatory Authority (NVE) wants to enter into a collaboration/framework agreement regarding ICT security. The agreement includes proactive and reactive services. The Contractor shall assist the Contracting Authority in the following areas (which are described in more detail in Part 2 Appendix 1 of the tender documentation):

1. Response agreement/Emergency response service for incident management (malware, attack or security breach)

2. Annual/periodic safety review, overall and/or for specified topics or products

3. Annual/periodical penetration testing and vulnerability mapping

4. Miscellaneous consulting services related to ICT security.

NB: Please note that approval from the Norwegian National Security Authority is required.
