The subject of the order is the preparation, delivery, issuance of three meals a day (breakfast, two-course lunch, dinner) including at least one hot meal and drinks (with each meal), seven days a week for detainees staying in the Guarded Center for Foreigners in Krosno Odrzańskie with the location of facilities at the Proving Ground in Wędrzyn, Camp No. 2 (69-211 Wędrzyn, Lubuskie Province) and delivery of travel meals for people being brought in. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 2 to the SWZ.
The subject of the order is the preparation, delivery, delivery, delivery of 3 meals a day (breakfast, two-course lunch, dinner) including at least one hot meal and drinks, (for each meal) 7 days a week for detainees staying in the Guarded Center for Foreigners in Krosno Odrzańskie with the location of facilities on the Proving Ground in Wędrzyn, Camp No. 2 (69 - 211 Wędrzyn, Lubuskie Province) and delivery of travel meals for people being brought in. The Ordering Party does not reserve the obligation of the Contractor to personally perform key tasks regarding the subject of the contract. The Contractor may entrust the implementation of elements (parts) of the subject of the contract to subcontractors. In the case of an intention to perform the subject of the contract with the participation of subcontractors, the Contractor is obliged to indicate in its offer the part of the contract (material scopes), the performance of which it intends to entrust to subcontractors, and to provide the names of possible subcontractors, if they are already known. Such an indication should be placed on the Offer. Entrusting part of the contract to subcontractors does not release the Contractor from responsibility for the proper performance of the contract. In the event that the Contractor does not indicate in the offer information about the parts of the contract which it intends to entrust to subcontractors, the Contracting Authority shall consider that the Contractor intends to perform the contract independently, i.e. without the participation of subcontractors. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ persons performing activities included in the subject of the contract consisting in: preparing meals, delivering meals, issuing meals, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code.
