The subject of this invitation to tender is the acquisition and recycling of recovered paper from direct deliveries from private and commercial suppliers as well as from the collection system for private households and companies. The waste paper is collected in 240 l, 1,100 l and 2,500 l waste containers in the collection system and handed over as loose goods for recycling with the material from the delivery system. The waste is to be taken over by the contractor at the Breinermoor disposal center. For this purpose, the contractor must provide a suitable transport system and coordinate the transport plan with the client.
