On 4 April 2022, we stopped the European Tender 'Sanitary Supplies for Defence Locations' with CTM characteristic 287557. This has to do with new insights that emerged during the Nota van Inlichtingen 2 phase. In this descriptive document, various changes have been made compared to the previously published Tender. In annex 17 letter of amendment you will find answers to the Memorandum of Information 1 and the corrections compared to the discontinued Tender. Blue texts have also been added to the Descriptive document and the Appendices, this has to do with changes in relation to the discontinued Tender with regard to the NVI1 or a Correction due to new insights.

The purpose of the Tender is to conclude an Agreement with one (1) supplier per part of the contract or lot (the tender consists of 3 lots). The Agreements will be concluded with the Tenderers, who have submitted the tender with the best price-quality ratio and meet the requirements set out in this descriptive document, the annex: declaration of agreement program of requirements for lots 1, 2 and 3 and annexes to this Tender.
