The contractor must take on non-mineral mixed construction and demolition waste (AVV 17 09 04). The waste taken over is in accordance with the requirements of the Ordinance on the Management of Commercial Urban Waste and Certain Construction and Demolition Waste of April 18, 2017 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 896), amended by Article 2 (3) of the Law of July 5, 2017 ( Federal Law Gazette I p. 2234). The sorted recyclables are primarily to be recycled; the remaining waste is to be energetically recycled or disposed of in accordance with the requirements of the five-level waste hierarchy;
