Description:
New construction of the drinking water tank HB Kuhberg - Lot 2 structural work

Drainage systems, concrete work, ETICS, scaffolding work.

The HB Kuhberg drinking water tank is built from 3 pressureless, cylindrical storage tanks made of stainless steel, which are welded on site. The basement consists of a waterproof concrete tub with a recess for the pipe installations. The building will be constructed as a steel hall with prefabricated elements. The walls and roof are made windproof, insectproof and thermally insulated. The outer facade is planned with a Corten steel facade. The 3 drinking water tanks, each with a capacity of 4,000 m³, will be built in compliance with the technical rules for the construction of drinking water tanks according to DN EN 1508 and DVGW worksheets W 300 and W 300-6.

- 1,100 m³ excavated earth building pits and pipe trenches,

- 280 m³ filling material trenches,

- 3 700 m³ of working space backfilling with stored excavated earth,

- 1 200 m³ of work space filling with material to be delivered,

- 1,300 t gravel construction roads,

- 260 m sewer pipes PP DA 110-315,

- 430 m drain line DA 160 3 pcs sewer shafts,

- 1 350 m³ reinforced concrete floor slab,

- 395 m³ reinforced concrete walls,

- 185 t reinforcing steel,

- 980 m 2 Waterproofing work.
