The HB Kuhberg drinking water tank is built from 3 pressureless, cylindrical storage tanks made of stainless steel, which are welded on site. The basement consists of a waterproof concrete tub with a recess for the pipe installations. The building will be constructed as a steel hall with prefabricated elements. The walls and roof are made windproof, insectproof and thermally insulated. The outer facade is planned with a Corten steel facade. The 3 drinking water tanks, each with a capacity of 4,000 m³, will be built in compliance with the technical rules for the construction of drinking water tanks according to DN EN 1508 and DVGW worksheets W 300 and W 300-6.
