The concession agreement parking management Torhout includes the management of parking on the territory of the city of Torhout:

• ensuring the control of the blue zones

• ensuring checks on the shop and gambling places (max 30 minutes parking)

• ensuring checks on resident parking

• ensuring checks on parking spaces for shared mobility and electric charging

• The management and control of municipal resident and parking cards

• the recruitment and training of sufficient parking attendants

• determining, via the parking attendants, the non-compliance with the fee regulations on parking and issuing fee vouchers

• collecting and following up on the issued fee vouchers and, if applicable, the civil recovery of the unpaid fee vouchers

• checking the payment and occupancy rate and reporting it

• following up on complaints regarding the parking policy

• the reporting of parking management in general

• Performing parking counts

• Regular inspection of the traffic signs and markings indicating the parking regulations (presence, correctness and visibility)

• The pursuit of a follow-up rate of the parking policy of at least 90%.
