Design Team Services for Tourism and Limerick Greenway Projects

Tenders are invited for the provision of Architect Led Integrated Design Team services for proposed Tourism related projects along the Limerick Greenway route. The Limerick Greenway opened in 2021 and stretches 40kms from Rathkeale to Abbeyfeale on the Co. Kerry border. Limerick City and County Council has acquired a number of assets along the route comprising of former Station Houses, lands for potential parking, tourism and commercial facilities. The purpose of this procurement competition is to appoint a design team(s) to develop and realise the potential for these assets.

There are six projects in total, divided into three separate Lots (two projects per Lot). Each Lot represents as separate procurement tender competition.
