Service contract for the attention to the ticket office, information point, entrance line, reservation management and shop in the Science Park

In general, and without prejudice to what is subsequently stated in the Specifications, the actions involved in the award of the tender will be those of the provision of the service for the attention to the box office, information points, entrance line, management of reservations and store in the Science Park, adapting its execution to the great variability of public flows and the diversity of activities and opening periods of the center, so a high degree of flexibility and total guarantee of coverage of the needs that may arise will be required, also foreseeing the attention to the reinforcements of the service necessary to attend activities and events that are scheduled.

CPC attention to the ticket offices, attention in ticket lines, online sales, management of reservations of
