3.1. The subject of this contract is the maintenance, repair and modernization of traffic lights in the city of Bytom in the period: from 1.1.2020 to 30.6.2021.
3.2. The detailed scope of this contract and the relevant requirements are described in the Description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 2 to the ToR and in the List of signaling devices in the city of Bytom in 2020 - Annex 7 to the ToR.
3.3. The contractor will be obliged to proceed to remove the signaling failure (i.e. take corrective action at the site) within no more than 120 minutes of notification by the Employer or the Police. In connection with the above, the Contractor will be obliged to provide 24-hour telephone call (also on Sundays, holidays and non-working days) in order to contact the Employer. In situations of destruction of municipal property (necessity to replace signaling elements), the Contractor is obliged to repair the facility after prior agreement with the Employer.
In the field of signaling devices maintenance (flat-rate works), the Contractor is obliged, among others down:
1) daily morning detour and functional check of all traffic lights between 6.00-10.30 and delivery by e-mail to the Employer by 11.00 a report from the detour (report on irregularities found and minor defects removed that can be rectified immediately after disclosure). The report for the holidays is to be delivered on the first business day;
On non-working days, the Contractor, after the tour, additionally provides information by phone about the activities performed to the MZDIM dispatcher. The dispatcher notes comments from the conversation,
2) cleaning the control device (once a month),
3) daily clock adjustment (according to the Employer's instructions and instructions),
4) replacement of burnt, inoperable LED inserts resulting from the daily detour and declarations of the Ordering Party (light sources in lantern chambers, in fittings on outriggers illuminating pedestrian crossings and signs D-6 above the road) - immediately after finding or within 2 hours. from the moment of notification by the Employer,
5) replacement of damaged, worn or missing elements of lanterns: chambers, lenses, visors, gaskets, doors, lens gaskets resulting from the daily morning detour and declarations of the Ordering Party - immediately after finding or within 2 hours. from the moment of notification by the Employer,
6) repair or replace damaged power supplies and cabling for active C-9 and U-5c signs in the city,
7) replacement of damaged or supplementing missing covers of tip heads and covers on outriggers (so-called end caps) for covers made of silicone,
8) repair or replacement of faulty pedestrian buttons (of the same type as the facility) resulting from a daily morning detour and declarations by the Ordering Party - immediately after finding or within 2 hours. from the moment of notification by the Employer,
9) repair or replacement of faulty sounders (of the same type as on the site), resulting from a daily morning detour and reports by the Ordering Party - immediately after finding or within 2 hours. from the moment of notification by the Employer,
10) repair of the control apparatus for ASR controllers:
Repair of the power supply system (power supply),
CPU card repair
Collision matrix repair,
Replacement of damaged GRP cards and I / O cards,
Replacement of damaged TIC detector cards,
Replacement or repair of lighting inside the controller cabinet,
Replacement or repair of a damaged heating system in the controller cabinet,
11) repair or replacement of defective elements of an active road plate.
The above repairs also apply to damages resulting from random events such as: lightning, incorrect supply voltage (power surges). The above repairs do not apply to the controller devastation or damage caused by a collision or road accident (then the damage will be repaired and accounted for as part of non-lump sum works).
12) testing of inductance and tuning of loops (according to the Employer's needs or indications),
13) changes in switching times of programs updated according to the Employer's instructions (primarily in connection with the change to summer or winter time),
14) repair or replacement of RS232 / 485 converters (used to coordinate cable controllers),
15) repair or replacement of radio system components used to coordinate controllers (antennas, radios, RS232 / 485 converters),
