The service to be provided will have as its primary objective to perform the necessary services for the prevention, repair and conservation in perfect condition of the building and the facilities and systems available. To this end, the successful bidder must carry out the necessary prevention, repair, maintenance and conservation work, so as to guarantee the normal functioning of the different dependencies and facilities, and the normal development of the activities of the IMDEA Materials Institute is possible. Maintenance will include preventive maintenance, technical-legal maintenance that by regulations is applicable, corrective maintenance and conductive maintenance, and in general will guarantee the correct functioning of the facilities of the headquarters of the IMDEA Materials Foundation.
