The mission concerns the construction of fifteen BAT temporary reception buildings
The buildings are geographically grouped into 5 lots as mentioned below:
LOT 1 composed of the BAT of Verviers (2) and Oupeye
LOT 2 composed of baelen, Stavelot and Olne BAT
LOT 3 composed of the BAT of Hannut, Engis and Braives
LOT 4 composed of the BAT of Waimes, Aywaille and Fléron
LOT 5 composed of the BAT of Liège (2) and Anthisnes
The TAOs of the same batch must be studied simultaneously.
This is a complete mission of PROJECT AUTHORS that includes:
- a complete mission of architecture
- a complete stability engineering mission
- a complete engineering mission in special techniques
- a mission relating to EPB regulation (feasibility study + EPB manager)
- a mission of security coordinator (for the project and implementation phases)

BAT of Verviers-Chaineux, Oupeye-Sartel and Verviers-IntervapeurLOT 1 CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING BUILDINGS:
1 ; BAT (Temporary Reception Building) of VERVIERS-CHAINEUX:
The overall area of the temporary reception building of Chaineux is +/- 1,500 m2, consisting of 3 entities, composed of:
- Workshop: +/- 3 x 400 m2
- Offices: +/- 3 x 100 m2 including sanitary and social premises.
- Surroundings: about 8 parking spaces per entity including 1 PRM place and 1 space for an electric charging station (provide the power supply, not the terminal)

Location: Avenue des Biolleux at 4800 VERVIERS
The land is located in the town of Verviers, Parc d'Activités Economiques de Petit-Rechain, Chaineux, in an industrial activity zone at the sector level. This is part of the cadastral plot VERVIERS 9th division, section A n° 352G part on a plot of land with an area of 3,300 m2.
She is peach colored at the BDES.
At the level of the constraints relating to the plot, there is no urban or environmental constraint likely to hinder a relay building project on this land.
2 ; BAT (Temporary Reception Building) of OUPEYE-SARTEL:
The overall area of the Sartel temporary reception building is +/- 1,000 m2, consisting of 2 entities, composed of:
- Workshop: +/- 2 x 400 m2
- Offices: +/- 2 x 100 m2 including sanitary and social premises.
- Surroundings: about 8 parking spaces per entity including 1 PRM place and 1 space for an electric charging station (provide the power supply, not the terminal)

Location: Rue Libeau at 4680 OUPEYE
The land is located in the town of Oupeye, Parc d'Activités Economiques Sartel, Oupeye, in a rural housing area. This is part of the cadastral plot OUPEYE, 6th division, section A n ° 704 H for an area of 1,700 m2 (plot formerly registered n ° 704B, for a total capacity of 24,669 m2).

In terms of the constraints relating to the plot, it is subject to an urban planning charter.
3 ; BAT (Temporary Reception Building) of VERVIERS-INTERVAPEUR:
The overall area of the Intervapeur temporary reception building is +/- 600 m2, consisting of 3 entities, composed of:
- Workshop: +/- 1 x 100 m2 – 1 x 150 m2 – 1 x 200 m2
- Offices: +/- 3 x 50 m2 including sanitary facilities and social premises.
- Surroundings: about 3 parking spaces per entity including 1 PRM space and 1 space for an electric charging station (provide the power supply, not the terminal)

Location: Rue de l'Est, 4800 VERVIERS
The land is located in the town of Verviers, Business Park It is part of the area recognition perimeter "Site "Intervapeur/Abattoir/Zénith/Dehaye/AuMinou"" approved on November 18, 2013.
It is included in the sector plan in the habitat zone sector plan of Verviers-Eupen (AR 23/01/1979).
This is the cadastral plot VERVIERS 2nd division, section C n° 50Z6 part for an area of 1.300 m2

BAT of Baelen, Stavelot and Olne-Grand HûLOT 2 CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING BUILDINGS:

The overall area of the temporary reception building of Baelen is +/- 1.500 m2, consisting of 3 entities, composed of:
- Workshop: +/- 3 x 400 m2
- Offices: +/- 3 x 100 m2 including sanitary and social premises.
- Surroundings: about 8 parking spaces per entity including 1 PRM place and 1 space for an electric charging station (provide the power supply, not the terminal)

Location: Corner of Rue des Francs and Rue Nereth at 4837 BAELEN
The land is located in the municipality of Baelen, Parc d'Activités Economiques de Baelen.,
The site is part of the Verviers-Eupen sector plan approved by the Decree of the Walloon Regional Executive (AERW) of 23/01/1979. It was the subject of a revision of the sector plan and was registered as a mixed economic activity zone by decree of 22 April 2004.
This is the cadastral plot BAELEN, 1st division, section A n° 788a, 791a and 441p part for an area of 3,300 m2.
She is peach colored at the BDES.
At the level of urban constraints, it is subject to an urban planning charter. The zone shall include the following additional requirements: (*. R.1.1) "Retail businesses and services to the population are not allowed to establish themselves in this zone, unless they are the auxiliary of the activities allowed in the zone."
In addition, the plot is located in an area of remarkable trees and hedges (so in principle we do not touch existing plantations). If necessary, agreement of the DNF to be obtained beforehand
2 ; BAT (Temporary Reception Building) of STAVELOT:
The overall area of the temporary reception building of Stavelot is +/- 1,000 m2, consisting of 2 entities, composed of:

The land is located in the town of Stavelot, Parc d'Activités Economiques de Stavelot.
It is registered as an industrial economic activity zone in the Stavelot sector plan approved by the Royal Decree of 27 May 1977. It is part of the zone reconnaissance perimeter "Zone industrielle de Stavelot" approved on October 26, 1977.
This is the cadastral plot STAVELOT, 1st Division, Section B, n°2380b3 with an area of 2.352m². The land is included in the Francorchamps master plan approved by decree of 30 December 1993.

At the level of the constraints relating to the plot, there is no urban or environmental constraint likely to hinder a relay building project on this land.
3 ; BAT (Temporary Reception Building) of OLNE-GRAND HÛ:
The overall area of the Grand Hû temporary reception building is +/- 450 m2, consisting of 2 entities, composed of:
- Workshop: 1 x 150 m2 – 1 x 200 m2
- Offices: +/- 2 x 50 m2 including sanitary and social premises.
- Surroundings: about 4 parking spaces per entity including 1 PMR place and 1 space for an electric charging station (provide the power supply, not the terminal)

BAT de Hannut, Engis et Braives-AvennesLOT 3 CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING BUILDINGS:
1 ; BAT (Temporary Reception Building) of HANNUT:
The overall area of the Hannut temporary reception building is +/- 1,500 m2, consisting of 3 entities, composed of:
- Workshop: +/- 3 x 400 m2
- Offices: +/- 3 x 100 m2 including sanitary and social premises.
- Surroundings: about 8 parking spaces per entity including 1 PRM place and 1 space for an electric charging station (provide the power supply, not the terminal)

Location: Rue d'Italie at 4280 HANNUT
The land is located in the municipality of Hannut, Park of Economic Activities of Hannut.
The project is located in a mixed economic activity zone at the Huy-Waremme sector plan (revision entered into force on 23/08/2004).
This is part of the cadastral parcel HANNUT, 1st Division, section A n° 0854 B. More precisely, it is located on the southern half of this plot.
The project is located on a plot not listed in the soil database.
At the level of urban constraints, the economic recognition of the land is not accompanied by significant urban conditions. However, there is an urban planning guide at the commune level; see link below, page 186 for this EAP.

The overall area of the temporary reception building of Engis is +/- 1,000 m2, consisting of 2 entities, composed of:

The land is located in the town of Engis, Parc d'Activités Economiques d'Engis.
It is registered as an industrial and mixed economic activity zone in the LIEGE sector plan (decree of 26 November 1987).
This is the cadastral plot ENGIS, 3rd Division, Section B, n°86c for an area of 2,200 m²
The project is located on a plot not listed in the soil database.
At the level of the constraints relating to the plot, it is necessary to take into account the high voltage line overlooking part of the land, limiting the possible construction height.
In terms of urban planning constraints, the municipality of ENGIS has a Communal Structure Scheme as well as a Municipal Urban Planning Regulation.
3 ; BAT (Temporary Reception Building) of BRAIVES-AVENNES:
The overall area of the Avennes temporary reception building is +/- 250 m2, consisting of 1 entity, composed of:
- Workshop: 1 x 200 m2
- Offices: +/- 1 x 50 m2 including sanitary and social premises.
- Surroundings: about 4 parking spaces including 1 PRM place and 1 space for an electric charging station (provide the power supply, not the terminal)

The land is located in the town of Braives, Parc d'Activités Avennes, Braives.
The project is located in a rural housing area in the Huy-Waremme sector plan (entered into force on 22/10/1982).
This is part of the cadastral plot BRAIVES, 8th division, Avennes, section A n° 0145 W2. More precisely, it is located on the northern part of this plot for a gross land area of about 1,196 m².

BAT de Waimes-Hottleux, Aywaille-Harzé et Fléron-RetinneLOT 4 CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING BUILDINGS:
1 ; BAT (Temporary Reception Building) of WAIMES-HOTTLEUX:
The overall area of the temporary reception building of Hottleux is +/- 1.450 m2, consisting of 3 entities, composed of:
- Workshop: +/- 2 x 400 m2 – 1 x 250 m2
- Offices: +/- 3 x 100 m2 including sanitary and social premises.
- Surroundings: about 8 parking spaces for 2 entities and 4 parking spaces for the third entity including 1 PMR place and 1 location for an electric charging station (provide the power supply, not the terminal) per entity.

The land is located in the town of Waimes, Parc d'Activités Economiques de Hottleux, Waimes.
The project is located in a housing zone and in a communal development zone concerted to the Malmedy/Saint-Vith sector plan (decree of 19/11/1979).
This is part of the cadastral plot WAIMES, 1st Division, Section M, n°103e and 100h pie on an area of 3.198m².
The project is located on a plot not listed in the soil database.
At the level of the constraints relating to the plot, it should be noted the presence of a residential habitat on the plot, it could possibly be reassigned to an office.

2 ; BAT (Temporary Reception Building) of AYWAILLE-HARZE:

The land taken over within this perimeter of economic recognition is allocated for use as a zone of mixed economic activities.

Location: Corner of Avenue Pré-Aily and Rue du Centre Spatial at 4031-LIEGE
The land is located in the town of Liège, Parc d'Activités Economiques Pré Aily, Liège.
The project is located in a housing zone and in a communal development zone concerted by the Liège sector plan (decree of 26 November 1987).
This is the cadastral plot LIEGE, 25th Division, Section C, n° 5x6 with an area of 2.100m².
The project is located on a plot not listed in the soil database.
In terms of urban planning constraints, an Urban and Environmental Report (now SOL) was approved on 24 October 2005 and allocates this land to the mixed economic activity zone.
This is a plot on a future EAP project. It can be assumed that, since this is an extension of EAP, the urban planning recommendations of the old EAP will be similar or in any case will serve as a basis for the drafting of the new charter. In this case, an important point of the two previous LSP charters is the maintenance of forest cover. A proportion of 40% of building area seems to be the reference (30% of parking and 30% of vegetation). The BAT plot should lead by example.
2 ; BAT (Temporary Reception Building) of ANTHISNES-HODY:
The overall area of Hody's temporary reception building is +/- 800 m2, consisting of 2 entities, composed of:
- Workshop: +/- 2 x 300 m2
- Offices: +/- 2 x 100 m2 including sanitary and social premises.
- Surroundings: about 6 parking spaces per entity including 1 PRM place and 1 space for an electric charging station (provide the power supply, not the terminal).
