The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with one (1) supplier who possesses specialist resources with documented procurement competence and experience with public procurements in classic sectors. The contract will primarily ensure SPK efficient access to assistance for implementation of procurements. The contract will also ensure SPK access to legal and strategic purchasing assistance as needed.

The contract will primarily ensure SPK efficient access to assistance for implementation of procurements. The contract will also ensure SPK access to legal and strategic purchasing assistance as needed.

Within the framework agreement, it may in periods be relevant to have more general procurement assistance connected to related services. For example, in periods with a need for extra capacity and/or specific competence. The contract includes the following service areas:

- Procurement assistance

- Legal assistance

- Strategic assistance. The framework agreement duration will be two years. The contracting authority will have the option to extend the framework agreement fora further two years (one year + one year), altogether a maximum of four years.
