This order acts under a framework agreement with one supplier, whereby the partial orders are always executed on demand via an order form.

The delivery to be carried out concerns the supply of incontinence material for residents of Ter Heide for the period from 01/07/2023 to 30/06/2027 with a trial period of 3 months.

If the supplier does not comply with the legal requirements and the provisions of this specification, Ter Heide can terminate the agreement at least 1 week before the expiry of the trial period.

In that case, the contract for the remaining period, subject to a new trial period of 3 months, will be awarded to the tenderer, who is ranked next on the basis of the award criteria.
