1. The subject of the contract is the development of areas located in Bytom at Kolonia Zgorzelec 7,10,11,12,13,14,16,24,25,27,28,31,32,35 in the "design and build" formula, i.e. the development of design and cost estimation documentation and the implementation of construction works covering the development of areas surrounding buildings.
2. Buildings together with adjacent areas are entered by the decision of the Provincial Conservator of Monuments
reg. no. A/1553/94 of 28 February 1994 to the register of monuments as a complex of workers' housing estate "Kolonia Zgorzelec".

The subject of the contract is the development of areas located in Bytom at Kolonia Zgorzelec 7,10,11,12,13,14,16,24,25,27,28,31,32,35 in the "design and build" formula, i.e. the development of design and cost estimation documentation and the implementation of construction works covering the development of areas surrounding buildings.
2. Buildings together with adjacent areas are entered by the decision of the Provincial Conservator of Monuments
reg. no. A/1553/94 of 28 February 1994 to the register of monuments as a complex of workers' housing estate "Kolonia Zgorzelec".
3. The scope of the planned investment shall include:
1) Revitalization of the area adapting it to the new function, including: dismantling of existing small architecture objects and additional buildings, new communication system, new layout of green areas, external lighting, new connections to buildings.
2) complementary measurements and technical condition checks to the extent necessary to carry out the investment, including in particular after demolition work
disassembly and dismantling;
3) Drawing up a conservation program agreed with the conservation services;
4) Preparation of a construction project, obtaining conservation arrangements, developing the necessary expert opinions and obtaining appropriate deviations from the applicable technical and construction regulations, obtaining a building permit, permission to carry out work on the monument
and other decisions, arrangements, documents necessary and required by law, preparation of executive designs, bills of quantities and investor cost estimates, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works
5) The Designer's supervision over the implementation of the project;
6) Execution on the basis of the above studies of construction works in the field of land revitalization, taking into account the designed development;
7) Preparation of as-built documentation and other documents allowing to obtain a decision on the building use permit along with obtaining this decision
8) Obtaining acceptance of the completed investment
4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the Functional and Utility Program together with
with the assumptions for design constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
5. The Contractor is obliged to grant to the Ordering Party for the construction works performed within the subject of the contract, the materials and devices used and the plantings made at least
60 month warranty and warranty counted from the date of final acceptance of the subject of the order;
6. The terms of the contract are included in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ.
