The subject of the contract is the delivery, implementation of a system for the analysis, detection and prevention of threats in network traffic and at end stations and servers along with the provision of technical support services. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the SWZ and detailed terms and conditions of the contract are included in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.
The Contractor undertakes to provide and implement the NDR System and the EDR System, as well as to provide the manufacturer's technical support service and to provide the Technical Assistance and Expert Hours service for the Bank Guarantee Fund on the terms set out in the Agreement and OPZ.
2. The basic procurement for NDR shall comprise the following lots:
1) preparation of the Technical Project, containing a description of the concept of functioning of the NDR System;
2) delivery of the NDR System together with the licenses necessary to start and maintain for a period of 12 months;
3) conducting technical workshops on the administration of the NDR System delivered on two dates;
4) adaptation, configuration, launch and implementation works of the NDR System;
5) preparation of as-built technical documentation of the launched NDR System;
6) providing technical support to the NDR System manufacturer for a period of 12 months, counted from the date of partial acceptance of the subject of the Agreement described in point 4 above (signing the Partial Acceptance Protocol);
7) provision of hardware service by the NDR System manufacturer.
3. The basic contract for the EDR System shall comprise the following lots:
1) preparation of the Technical Project, containing a description of the concept of functioning of the EDR System;
2) delivery of perpetual virtual appliance or software appliance licences for the EDR System to protect 550 end stations/servers and other required software licenses necessary to run and maintain the system for a period of 12 months;
3) conducting technical workshops on the installation and administration of the EDR System delivered on two dates;
4) adaptation, configuration, commissioning and implementation works of the EDR System;
5) preparation of as-built technical documentation of the launched EDR System;
6) providing technical support to the EDR System manufacturer for a period of 12 months, counted from the date of partial acceptance of the subject of the Agreement described in point 4 above (signing the Partial Acceptance Protocol).
4. The basic order in the scope of the EDR System and the NDR system includes the provision of Technical Assistance services, carried out under the conditions specified in § 15 of the Agreement and in the OPZ.
5. The order under the option includes the provision of the Expert Hours service in the amount of not more than 200 Man-Hours, carried out under the conditions specified in § 5 of the Agreement and in the OPZ.
