(Support) services in the field of change management for business analysis

The intention is to conclude a two-year framework contract with the two-year extension option of one year each with suitable market participants up to four framework agreements for the required services. Individual orders based on the framework agreements are issued to the framework contractual partners within the framework of so-called “mini-competitions”.

The following tasks must be taken on and carried out independently to a large extent.

The support and consulting services are to be provided in the area of financing business and corporate management:

Business analysis

o Management of the change “Corporate Management” and “Financing Business” (ISV project management and/or demand management), e.g.

Comprehensive bundling/prioritization of all internal/external requirements

Control of the demand process (specialist page)

Preparation of decision documents

Stakeholder management

o Provision of change capacities in project projects

Carrying out initial analysis and rough design

Implementation in cooperation with IT, including technical support for testing, rollout and stabilization

Advice on the further development of processes and systems

Implementation of data governance and data quality measures as part of the implementation activities
