The subject of the order is the purchase of electricity for the purposes of the Municipality of Saw and one. org. and Companies of the Municipality.

The total estimated power consumption of electr. during the order period, i.e. from 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2023 is 27 554 MWh. The scope of the object of the contract shall be defined by the detailed description of the object of the contract (Annex No 2 to SWZ) and the proposed contract post (Annex No 8 to SWZ), together with Annex No 1 to the contract (list of contractual objects) and Annex No 2 to the contract, forming an integral part of the SWZ.

3.A condition for the start of the supply of electricity is to carry out the procedure to change the seller, have a valid contract for the provision of energy distribution services by the customer and terminate existing contracts for the sale of electricity.

4.This order does not include electricity distribution services.

1.The object of the contract is the purchase of electricity for the purposes of the Municipality of Saw and the organizational units and companies of the Municipality of Saw as defined in Annex No 9 to SWZ.

2.The total estimated power consumption of electr. during the order period, i.e. from 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2023 is 27 554 MWh. The scope of the object of the contract shall be defined by the detailed description of the object of the contract (Annex No 2 to SWZ) and the proposed provisions of the contract (Annex No 8 to SWZ), together with Annex No 1 to the contract (list of objects covered by the contract) and Annex 2 to the contract (power of attorney), forming an integral part of the SWZ.

3.A condition for the start of electricity supply within the time limit indicated is to carry out the seller's change procedure, to have a valid contract for the provision of electricity distribution services by the customer and effective termination/expiration of existing contracts for the sale of energy Electrical/Comprehensive Contracts:

1) In the case of comprehensive contracts, the Contractor shall be obliged to make, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, appropriate termination statements with effect on the day prior to the scheduled date of commencement of deliveries.

2) In the event of holding timely sales contracts, the date of their application shall expire on the date prior to the scheduled date of commencement of deliveries.

4.In Annex 2 to SWZ, the “Recipient (address for sending invoices)” column indicates the data and address of the Recipient for sending invoices. The final data on the issuance and delivery of invoices will be included in the Sales Agreement/Annex No 1 to the Electricity Sales Agreement.

5.In Annex 2 to SWZ in the column 'Change of the Seller, 'it is indicated for which points of collection the seller will be the first time and for which once again. In the case of collection points where there has already been a chapter of sales and distribution contracts, the Contracting Authority has distribution agreements.

6.The electricity purchase contracts currently in force will expire or terminate with effect on the day prior to the planned start date of supply.

7.The obligation to terminate comprehensive agreements is on the Contractor's side.

8.Where, at the date of the conclusion of the contract for the sale of power, the Contracting Authority will not have valid electric power distribution agreements, or where during the course of the contract there is a change on the side of the Contracting Authority, the Contractor will be obliged to submit applications for the conclusion of contracts distributions and to sign contracts on behalf and on behalf of the Contracting Authority or to make a declaration of consent on behalf of the Contracting Authority to conclude distribution agreements with the DSO (in accordance with the IRiESD of the DSO), for which the Contractors shall be granted an appropriate Power of Attorney.

9.The Contractor shall, on the basis of the Power of Attorney granted, be obliged to notify on behalf of his own and the Contracting Authority of the contract to sell electricity to the relevant DSO in accordance with the applicable rules.

10.The subject of the order is the supply of electricity, with specific, compliant regulations, quality standards. The quality standards of electricity are described in the Act of 10 April 1997 — Energy Law and in Rozp. Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on the detailed conditions of operation of the electricity system and Rozp. Minister of Energy of 6 March 2019 on detailed rules for the formation and calculation of tariffs and clearing in electricity trading.

11.All requirements set out in the contract documents are minimum requirements and their fulfilment is obligatory. Failure to comply with the minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the offer as incompatible with the terms of the contract pursuant to Article 226 (1) (5) of the Law Pzp.

12.This order does not include electricity distribution services.
