Kórnik – sanitary sewage system for the town of Skrzynki – Stage I. Construction works in the field of construction of waterworks and pipelines for sewage disposal.
The subject of the contract is the execution of sanitary sewage system for the village of Skrzynki, divided into:
a) the scope of Aquanet S.A.
- Gravitational sanitary sewerage network with a diameter of:
DN200, length about 2633 m
DN250, length about 844 m
DN300, length about 591 m
Total: about 4068 mb
- Sanitary sewer connections about 153 pcs.
- Pressure sanitary sewerage network with a diameter of:
DN110, length about 450 m
DN300, length about 7305 m
In total: about 7755 mb.
- Sewage pumping stations (3 pcs.) with a capacity of: 30.8 m3/h, 34.3 m3/h, 21.6 m3/h.
- Reconstruction of sewage pumping station with a capacity of 1350 m3/day.
- Water supply network with a diameter of:
DN80, length about 17 m
DN100, length about 848
DN150, length about 534 m
Total: about 1399 mb
- Water supply connections about 25 pcs.
- Compensatory plantings with 3 years of greenery care.
b) the scope of the City and Commune of Kórnik (hereinafter referred to as the "Municipality")
- construction of a municipal road in Szkolna Street in Borówec and in Leśna Street in Skrzynky with a total length of approx. 1170 m and a width of 5.5 – 7.0 m made of mineral and bituminous surface,
- construction of a pavement with a width of 2.5 m to 3.45 m,
- construction of street lighting,
- hardening of roadsides made of unworked stone,
- execution of descents,
- execution of road safety devices (barriers, balustrades),
- implementation of new horizontal and vertical markings
- felling trees
- execution of slope sewage – discharge of rainwater into the Głuszyna River along with strengthening the river bed with a layer of stones on cement mortar on a section of 1.5 m with a thickness of 24cm, in accordance with the decision of the water and legal permit No. PO.ZUZ.4.4210.130.2020.KP of April 2, 2020.
The Contracting Authority does not allow partial bids to be submitted separately for the scope of Aquanet S.A. and separately for the scope of the Municipality. Therefore, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the proceedings, in accordance with Article 255 point 3 of the Act of 11 September 2019. Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1710, as amended – "PPL"), if the price of the most advantageous offer exceeds the amount that the Contracting Authority intends to spend on financing the contract for one of the scopes specified for individual Contracting Entities (sanitary sewage system and water supply network - scope of Aquanet S.A.; road construction - scope of the Municipality). Pursuant to the provisions of Article 222(4) of the Public Procurement Law, at the latest before the date of opening tenders, the Contracting Authority shall indicate the amount it intends to allocate to finance the contract in its entirety and broken down into the scopes specified for individual Contracting Authorities.
The estimated value of the scope of Aquanet S.A. is PLN 31,997,544.92.
The estimated value of the scope of the Commune is PLN 3,908,719.02.
