Building cleaning in properties in the city of Plettenberg

The building cleaning services described below are advertised by:

City of Plettenberg, Grünestraße 12, 58840 Plettenberg

The tender relates to the services:

- maintenance cleaning,

- basic cleaning,

- representative cleaning,

- various on-demand services.

The services come in 2 lots with sub-trades. The division of the lots and the assignment of the trades is based on quantitative and local considerations. The details can be found in the annex "Lot information". The "Lot information" annex is a current list of the buildings currently to be cleaned. The client reserves the right to increase and / or reduce the areas and intervals to be cleaned.

Basic cleaning:

All basic cleaning work is carried out in accordance with the relevant specifications for basic cleaning. The filling and clearing of the rooms is to be included in the offer. The basic cleaning must always be carried out during the summer holidays after prior consultation with the property manager of the city of Plettenberg. Billing takes place after the work has been carried out. A proof of performance is to be handed over to the client with the invoice. In this proof of performance, the coating products used must be specified per room. If floor surfaces are re-coated, the drying times for re-coating must be observed in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. The furnishings are only to be returned after they have dried. The client reserves the right to have this service of the contractor accepted by an agent of the client.

Substitute cleaning (on request of the client):

After a separate assignment, maintenance cleaning is to be carried out in the properties named in the price sheet as a vacation and illness replacement for the self-cleaning staff. The cleaning takes place in accordance with the service specifications of the representative cleaning.

The assignment takes place room by room. Billing takes place after the work has been carried out. Arrival and departure times are not reimbursed separately. The offer prices for this are to be entered in the price sheet for representative cleaning. The intervals given in the price sheet are estimates based on empirical values from the last few years. The actually commissioned number of substitute cleanings can be higher or lower. The need may, for. B. in cases of illness, also result in the short term. In these cases, a representative must be provided within a maximum of 24 hours.

Special cleaning:

For the cleaning hours listed in the special cleaning price sheets, cleaning is only carried out on the special order of the client. It can be assumed that the demand will also be small. The hours specified in the price sheet are estimated values based on empirical values from the last few years. The number of cleanings actually commissioned can be higher or lower. Billing takes place after the work has been carried out.

Lot 1

The objects to be cleaned are municipal buildings managed by the client in the urban area of Plettenberg. These are mainly schools, sports and multi-purpose halls, day-care centers for children and young people, administrative buildings, city libraries and fire-fighting equipment stores.

2.2 Lot information on page 1

Special features in the objects:

Schools:

On the last cleaning day before the holidays, it must be ensured in the properties that all rooms are cleaned and all waste bins are emptied. There is no maintenance cleaning during the holidays. At the end of the summer holidays, there is an additional cleaning (dust day) as part of the regular maintenance cleaning (see calculation of the annual factors). The supplementary cleaning includes the cleaning of all equipment features for the respective room group listed in the list of services for maintenance cleaning. During the summer holidays, the administrative areas, including the toilets, may need additional cleaning. The cleaning is billed as a special cleaning. The client will announce the requirement as early as possible.

OGS areas:

Additional cleaning requirements may arise for the OGS areas during the holidays. These cleanings are billed as special cleaning. The opening times of the OGS during the holidays are announced at the beginning of each year. As a rule, the OGS areas are open every year on 24 vacation days. These are each one week in the Easter holidays (four days), three weeks in summer (15 days) and one week in autumn (5 days). The OGS areas are closed during the Christmas holidays.

Day care centers: In day care centers, there is a large amount of sand entering the building.

Sports halls: The sports halls must be cleaned in the evening from 10.30 p.m. after they are no longer occupied. After completion of the cleaning activities, the buildings, including the switching of the alarm technology, must be locked.

Ash school (lot 1, trade 1): In the classrooms there are partly play and cozy corners.

Eschen day care center (lot 1, trade 3): After cleaning is complete, the external blinds in particular must be lowered.

Elementary school Ohle (lot 1, trade 6): In autumn there may be a lot of leaves entering the building. After cleaning is complete, the main light switch in the technical room must be switched off.

Gym Ohle (lot 1, trade 7): The toilet rooms as well as the foyer (entrance hall) and the entrance (vestibule) must be cleaned on Mondays (once a week). There is a large amount of sand entering the building. After cleaning is complete, the outer doors in particular must be locked.

Albert-Schweitzer-Gymnasium (lot 1, trade 8): In some of the classrooms there are play and cozy corners. There is a large amount of sand entering the building. In the auditorium, only the stage area and the first four rows of chairs need to be cleaned. A foreman should be on site during the cleaning time. This cleaner can take on productive activities, but should also be given additional time for supervision and coordination.

Gym 1 (lot 1, trade 9): The use of adhesives (finger resin in handball) is permitted in the sports hall. After handball games, a suitable cleaner must be used against the adhesive, which is provided by the city of Plettenberg.

Geschwister-Scholl-Realschule (lot 1, trade 10):

The floors in the media and physics rooms are tiered. A longer distance has to be covered between the extension and the new building.

Secondary school KBOP (lot 1, trade 11): After cleaning is complete, the main light switch in the technical room must be switched off.

Music school & elevator Eiringhausen station (lot 1, trade 17): The music school building is a listed building. The Eiringhausen station elevator is not located in the music school building, but approx. 20 m away. The elevator is open to the public. In particular, there is general street waste in the elevator. The elevator mainly consists of glass and stainless steel surfaces, which have to be maintained regularly.

Martin Luther School including gym (lot 2, trade 4): The classrooms have play and cozy corners and loose carpets (up to 4 mx 4 m). The areas of the school are to be cleaned after school ends. The rooms of the gym in the basement of the building must be cleaned from 10.30 p.m.

Primary school Oestertal (lot 2, trade 5): In the classrooms there are play and cozy corners as well as loose carpets.

Oestertal gymnasium (lot 2, trade 6): There is a lot of sand entering the building.

Archive of the Holthausen magazine (lot 2, trade 9): There is an anti-slip rubber studded covering in the offices and the intermediate and front storage areas. The inner glass door in the main entrance must be locked separately by the cleaning staff after cleaning.

Zeppelin school (lot 2, trade 11): A foreman should be on site during the cleaning time. This cleaner can take on productive activities, but should also be given additional time for supervision and coordination.

Gyms Zeppelin School (Lot 2, Trade 12): There is a lot of sand entering the building.
