The subject of the contract is the Service for permanent cleaning of the office premises of Mazowieckie Regional Branch and 37 District Offices located in Masovian Voivodeship and cleaning of external areas around selected ARiMR facilities in Masovian Voivodeship.

Detailed description of the subject of the contract (summary of the surfaces covered by the service, including indication of the location of the facilities and the scope of operations and obligations under the cleaning services of internal and external surfaces) is set out in the Agreement and Annexes to the Specification of the Terms and Conditions Orders.

The surfaces covered by the cleaning service listed in the detailed description of the subject of the order shall be as appropriate:

- 4 989 m2 for internal surfaces of Mazowiecki Regional Branch

In the implementation of the contract, the Contractor shall use cleaning products, disinfectants, cleaning and sanitary and hygienic and sanitary materials guaranteeing the maintenance of sanitary hygiene required by the Ordering Party, as well as appropriate for the installed containers and dispensers. All the above-mentioned measures must be of adequate quality, effective in application, widely available and used on the market, and have appropriate certificates and certificates of marketing and use in Poland in accordance with applicable laws in this regard, safety use, health and environmental protection.

Persons appointed to wash windows should have up-to-date tests to perform work at a height of more than 1 m and have appropriate safety training. Window washing should be carried out under the supervision of a representative of the Contractor. Workers carrying out window washing work, if necessary, should be equipped with equipment to ensure their safety during the service (e.g. braces and/or protective helmets).

Cleaners and sanitary and sanitary materials used by the Contractor must be supplied in original packages enabling the manufacturer's identification and performance parameters. At the request of the Contracting Authority, the Contractor shall provide information on the quality and parameters of the tools, materials and means used, and make available relevant certificates (certificates), certificates or equivalent documents authorising and confirming the declared quality and parameters and their compliance with the standards conditioners for admission to use.

Cleaning products, disinfectants and cleaning and disinfectants and hygienic and sanitary materials will be delivered and supplemented according to current needs in order to ensure the proper performance of the cleaning service.

Delivered cleaning products must be new, not previously used, free from physical defects, have a marking on the packaging in Polish.

The Contractor undertakes to keep clean cloths, mops, brushes and other cleaning accessories (accessories cannot bear signs of complete wear and may not give off an unpleasant odor) — through ongoing laundry and periodic replacement.

The Contractor is obliged to provide cleaners with an identifier with the company logo placed in a prominent place.

The Contractor is obliged to provide cleaners with protective gloves unless it provides hand disinfectants and antiviral masks covering the mouth/nose for the duration of the epidemiological condition.

All information regarding the subject of the order is included in the Specification of the Order Terms and Conditions.

The surfaces covered by the cleaning service listed in the detailed description of the subject of the order shall be as appropriate:

- 21,829 m2 for internal areas of 37 District Offices and

- 10 284 m2 for external areas which total gives 37 102 m2 of internal and external area. The price per m2 of cleaned area will be the price offered by the Contractor in the offer form.

For all activities related to maintaining order outdoors, the Contractor will use their own equipment and materials (i.e. sand, salt, lawn mower, snow removal tools, etc.).

The Contracting Authority shall provide waste containers and waste exports, except for waste in the form of mown grass, leaves, branches and snow. The Contractor is obliged to provide at his own expense a container for the collection and export of mowed grass, harvested leaves and branches with a frequency resulting from the need to empty the garbage container. The Contractor is obliged to take excess snow from the premises of the Contracting Authority at his own expense in the event that the snow prism exceeds 60 cm in height.
