OPEN PROCEDURE, ABOVE COMMUNITY THRESHOLD, FOR THE CONCLUSION OF A FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT WITH A SINGLE ECONOMIC OPERATOR FOR THE AWARD OF THE COLLECTION AND TRANSPORT SERVICE FOR TREATMENT AT THE COMIECO PLATFORM AIMED AT THE RECOVERY OF URBAN WASTE E.E.R. 15.01.01. AND 20.01.01, COMING FROM THE PINEROLO AREA DERIVING FROM ROAD COLLECTIONS, DEDICATED BINS AND COLLECTION CENTRES OF ACEA PINEROLESE INDUSTRIALE S.P.A.

The object of the contract is the completion of a tender through an "open procedure" for the award, through a framework agreement, of the collection and transport service for treatment at the COMIECO platform aimed at the recovery of urban waste E.E.R. 15.01.01. "Cardboard" and 20.01.01 "Mixed paper" from the Pinerolo area deriving from road collections, dedicated bins and collection centres of Acea Pinerolo industriale S.p.A. according to the quantities, conditions and methods provided for in the "Technical Performance Specifications", in any documents attached to it, as well as under the conditions provided for in the Tender Regulations and their annexes. This procedure has as its object the identification of a suitable operator for the collection and transport to the treatment aimed at the recovery, at the COMIECO affiliated platform located in Scarnafigi (CN), of urban waste E.E.R. 15.01.01 (CARDBOARD or selective collection) and 20.01.01. (MIXED PAPER or joint collection), coming from separate waste collection carried out in the Pinerolo area and delivered to the ACEA Storage Plant located in Corso della Costituzione, 19 in Pinerolo (TO). Total value of the contract: € 440,500.00 of which € 176,200.00 for the first 12 months contracted, € 176,200.00 for possible renewal of a further 12 months (at the discretion of the contracting authority) and € 88,100.00 for any technical extension of a further 6 months (at the discretion of the contracting authority). Duration of the contract: 12 months of contract + possible renewal + possible extension.
