Extraction and delivery of sand to the Port of Esbjerg of 0-4 million cubic meters of sand from common area 524-BA Cancer Syd in accordance with the abstraction permit obtained in the period 2022-2025.

The framework agreement covers the extraction and delivery to the Port of Esbjerg of 0-4 million cubic metres of sand from common area 524-BA Cancer Syd in accordance with the extraction permit obtained by the Port of Esbjerg on 10 January 2022.

The permit is valid from 10 January 2022 until 1 December 2025 at the latest. The annual allowable amount of cubic meters is 1 million cubic meters.

The first campaign of 500,000 cubic metres of sand will have to be reclaimed and delivered to the Port of Esbjerg as soon as possible in 2022 and thus before the end of the year, if the Port of Esbjerg informs this no later than the conclusion of the Framework Agreement.

For the years 2023-2025, any annual campaign will consist of at least 500,000 cubic metres of sand to be extracted and delivered to the Port of Esbjerg. Port Esbjerg will announce a written time for the campaign and quantity no later than 4 months before a desired campaign

Terms of delivery are set out in the tender documents as well as in the Framework Agreement, Requirements Specifications and Prerequisites and local conditions with appendices. The delivery is also covered by AB18 to the extent that the provisions therein have not been deviated from in these tender conditions, requirements specifications or the Framework Agreement.

Please note that the tenderer must coordinate with the contractor accepted by the Port of Esbjerg in relation to receiving the sand, just as the tenderer is responsible for complying with all requirements in the abstraction permit, including, for example, reporting the quantities of sand obtained.
