Nordland Hospital is currently engaged in Construction Development Project, Building Phase 2, Phase 2. The contract includes signage (including electronic signs) for Phases 2–4.Phase 2 comprises primarily about 17 900 m2 new construction (treatment wing) and approximately 6 000 m2 renovation.

Phase 3 includes renovation of an existing construction, Wing AB (wards), approximately 24 000 m2. Phase 4 represents the remaining areas of approximately 5 000 m2.

The work is organized primarily as coordinate contracts.
