The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the collection of municipal waste and construction and demolition waste (referred to in Article 3(2)(6) of the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities) from owners of inhabited real estate and in the collection of municipal waste from owners of uninhabited real estate, covered by the municipal waste management system organized by the municipality, on which municipal waste is generated, located in the City of Kielce.

The scope of the service includes: 1. Collection from inhabited properties: 1.1. unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste (20 03 01) collected in containers and containers. 1.2. municipal waste collected separately. 2. Collection from uninhabited properties covered by the municipal waste management system organized by the municipality: 2.1. unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste (20 03 01) collected in containers and containers, 2.2. municipal waste collected separately. 3. Transport of all municipal waste and construction and demolition waste (referred to in Article 3(2)(6) of the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities) collected from inhabited properties and transport of all municipal waste collected from uninhabited properties covered by the municipal waste management system organized by the municipality, on which municipal waste is generated to the Installation of Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Odpadami Sp. z o.o., located in Promnik, Strawczyn commune. 4. Equipping inhabited and uninhabited immovable property covered by the municipal waste management system organized by the municipality, on which municipal waste is generated, in containers, containers or bags for collecting mixed municipal waste and containers, containers or bags for separate collection. 5. Equipping containers with RFID transponders and their geolocation in the field by assigning containers to waste collection points. 6. Recording, in the course of the service, data from weighing and container identification systems and transmitting this data via a data exchange interface, a description of which shall be included in the annex to the tender specifications.
