The Leigh Academies Trust (LAT) would like to appoint a single facilities management (FM) provider to deliver the hard services for 2 of their Academies in Kent, The Leigh Technology Academy (LTA) and the Longfield Academy (LGA). The Trust is looking for a company who can not only deliver the main services but also resolve the problems where services are interlinked i.e. BMS, fire alarms etc. and in doing so provide a seamless service. In addition, it is looking for economies of scale that will hopefully grow over the coming years. The initial contract term will be 3 years with an option; subject to satisfactory service; to extend the contract for a further 2 years.
