The objective of this framework agreement is to cover the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority's need for recruitment services and to ensure the contracting authority access to qualified recruitment support related to employment where the Norwegian Labour Inspection authority deems it necessary.

The contracting authority wants to enter into three separate parallel framework agreements, each with one provider. The framework agreements are nationwide.

The competition is for the following three framework agreements (called lots):

Lot 1: Framework Agreement for the Recruitment of IT Specialists,

Lot 2: Framework Agreement for the Recruitment of Communication Specialists,

Lot 3: Framework Agreement for the Recruitment for other Positions.

Tenderers can submit tender offers for one, multiple or all parts of the competition. The contracting authority will carry out separate evaluations of the various parts, so that a a service provider may be awarded no, one, more or all parts of the competition.

The framework agreement includes a nationwide provision of services related to the recruitment of IT specialists.

The framework agreement includes a nationwide provision of services related to the recruitment of communication specialists.

The framework agreement applies to nationwide provision of services related to the recruitment of all types of positions in the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority, except for specialists in media management and communication and IT specialists.
