Linea AS needs to establish a framework agreement the hire of dedicated resources for delivery of public case manager services. Services and assignments that the framework agreement will cover are listed below. The list is not exhaustive and the tenderer must take into account adjacent and nearby services/tasks.

— presentation of plans in accordance with requirements in Linea AS’ territorial concession;

— preparation/entry into registrable, private rights agreements with affected landowners before projects enter the implementation phase;

— contribute to or possibly handle expropriation processes;

— reporting of facilities to the aviation authorities, the Norwegian Coastal Administration and the Norwegian Mapping Authority;

— necessary applications for the establishment of network facilities such as:

— application for permission in accordance with the port and waters act (crossing of waters);

— application for permission according to the roads act provisions;

— application for permission according to the railway act provisions;

— application for a permit in accordance with the provisions of the planning and building act (exemptions/amendment of zoning plans);

— preparation of map and map data in connection with the above named assignments;

— standardisation in the solution of the assignment will be necessary;

— collection of necessary documentation from for e.g. Grunnboken and Jordskifteretten.
