The purpose of the contract is a comprehensive service for the evolution, maintenance and advanced support of the application park of the Ministry of Culture and Historical Heritage (hereinafter CCPH), based on a defined Service Catalog, and its corresponding Service Level Agreements.

The services subject to the contract must be developed within the framework of the policies, norms, standards, methodologies, tools, etc.; defined and implemented in the CCPH and the Junta de Andalucía in terms of project management methodology, technological architecture, security, etc.
