Invitation

Sjöbo Municipality, hereinafter “The Orderer”, invites interested tenderers, hereinafter “Supplier”, to tender for the wheeled excavator with exchange in accordance with this request document (which is headlined Procurement Document) which is part of the procurement documents.

The mission is more fully apparent in Section 1.2 Mission Description, below.

The order will sign contracts with a supplier.

The procurement shall be carried out to the extent and under the conditions arising from the procurement documents, i.e. this request base with the accompanying Annexes and Agreements, and in accordance with the tenders.

Evaluation takes place according to the principle of the most economically beneficial tender based on the best price-quality ratio, see further section 5.
