The purpose of this consultation is the insurance coverage of the UTBM. This consultation is in the form of a formalized procedure. This contract is divided into 5 lots.

The purpose of the guarantee is to cover the financial consequences of the liability that the university may incur as a result of the malfunction of all its services and / or because of its agents in the performance of their duties. All activities of the university and its services, including ancillary activities of all kinds, higher education, administrative, scientific, technological, research and training activities, service delivery activities and technology transfer for the third parties and all sports, cultural or social activities, in France or abroad.

Guarantees of assistance are granted in case of accident or sudden unexpected illness occurring during the trip and likely to interrupt participation in the stay or activity.

All immovable property, without exception or reserve, whether owned or held by the insured as tenants, occupiers, custodians, possessors, guardians, bearers, for whatever reason, or could happen to them as an increase or replacement of current ones. This includes real estate developments such as private heating and air conditioning.

The insurance of the vehicles will have to include: the guarantee damage all accidents or all the risks the collision damage guarantee the fire, theft, vandalize, fire, explosion.

In accordance with the laws of 13.7.1983 and 16.12.1996, the guarantee includes the functional protection of the subscriber's employees by taking particular care of:

- their defense before any criminal court for facts which do not have the character of a personal fault detachable from the service,

- their civil convictions in the event of proceedings by a third party for a fault of service,

- the repair of their material, tangible and intangible damage resulting from violence or assault,

- the costs of their protection in case of threat, insults or defamation committed by a third party.
