Monetra Oulu Oy, sourcing services, is requesting your offer of removal services to its sourcing partners (hereinafter referred to as subscribers) in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes.

The aim is to set common economic and qualitative goals with the selected supplier, to which both parties agree. The supplier must be actively involved in the development of the procurement process during the contract period and direct the ordering / delivery processes in the most favorable direction for the purchasing entity and its partners.

The relocation service consists of eg. the following tasks:

Identifying the need for the service, scheduling and resourcing the service, and providing guidance with the subscriber.

Marking, unpacking, packing, loading, transporting, unloading and installation of goods.

The service may also include wiring of AV equipment. The service also includes, where appropriate, the recycling and landfill of removable waste and scrap furniture. The aim is to set common economic and qualitative goals with the selected supplier, to which both parties agree.

The supplier must be actively involved in the development of the relocation services during the contract period and direct the processes in the direction most favorable to the purchasing entity and its partners.
