Development of the area around the School Building in JanowiceThe subject of the contract is the preparation of purposeful multi-branch design documentation, along with obtaining legally required checks, arrangements, permits, etc., with the submission of an application for a building permit or notification to the competent administrative body, and the execution of construction works indicated in this documentation.
The scope of works includes:
- Installation of sanitary sewer made of PVC pipes laid at a depth of up to 3.0 m on a sand substrate, in an unfortified trench. Performing a leak test of the duct. Backfill of the trench with a manual layer of thick sand. 30 cm, then earth from the trench. Manual spreading of excess land.
Connection - diameter 160 mm.,
- Drainage of rainwater from the parking lot with sand, oil and grease catchers; PVC pipes laid at a depth of up to 3.0 m, on a sand substrate, in an unfortified trench. Performing a leak test of the duct. Backfill of the trench with a manual layer of thick sand. 30 cm, then earth from the trench. Pipes with a diameter of 160mm.,

- Green areas; lawn on humus substrate with a thickness of 10cm in a 3m strip around the investment area,
- Fencing of the area; steel wire with diam. 4.2mm, system with a height of 1.5m with 1 wicket with a width of 1m,
- Widening of the slope by 2m, sand/gravel compacted.

The scope of works includes:
- Demolition of the stairs of the outer arcades of the main entrance.
- Demolition of the sidewalk for the plan. Expansion
- Demolition of the surface paved with grit for the plan. parking and road, up to depth 50cm
- Dismantling windows with external and internal window sills. and exterior doors
- Dismantling of trapezoidal sheet metal on the roof along with wooden battens.
- Dismantling of cast iron radiators in the school part 'A'.
- Ramp for people npspr made of galvanized steel grating and concrete stairs covered with gres tiles with powder coated steel balustrade.
- External stairs of the main entrance, concrete, covered with porcelain tiles with powder-coated steel balustrade.
- Making a 30cm wide band around the building from stone pebbles on sand.
- Extension with a sanitary part - foundations, load-bearing walls, reinforced concrete ceilings, wood. roof structure with metal tiles, external and internal finish. and technical infrastructure (turnkey).
- Replacement of PVC windows and ALU exterior doors; 2-chamber (3-pane)
- Installation of fire-smoke-tight doors to staircases
- Preparation of external walls before insulation with mineral wool, breaking a. plaster, cavity replenishment, alignment, etc.
- Insulation of external walls with mineral wool 18cm thick with silicate plaster on a grid with 2x glue (system)
- Insulation of the outer walls of the plinth and foundation with waterproof polystyrene foam with a thickness of 15cm on glue, bucket foil
- Restoration of the corner buttresses of the building.
- Restoration of the plinth of the building from stone tiles, on glue.
- Repair of the roof truss; replacement of degraded elements, biol impregnation. and fire protection, new patches
- Laying a new roof slope made of metal tiles with waterproofing.
- Insulation of the ceiling above the first floor (attic) with mineral wool 30cm thick with a floor made of gypsum and fiber boards on joists.
- Installation of roofing elements (downspouts, gutters and fittings).
- Installation of lightning protection system.
- Installation of external lighting on the building and antenna installations on the roof.
- Installation of wall-mounted convector plate radiators in the school part 'A'.

Purchase of a low-emission hybrid school busThe subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of a brand new low-emission school bus with hybrid drive and appropriate equipment, meeting the conditions and technical requirements set out in the current legislation.
1) Bus dimensions:
• length from 11.80 to 12.50 m
• height up to 3.2 m
• permissible total width not more than 2.55 m (in accordance with the Regulation
on the technical conditions of vehicles)
2) Number of seats to carry passengers:
40 - 45 seats (four full-size seats are allowed
folding or easily removable seats in the wheelchair space)
