Framework agreements for passenger transport services by passenger car and/or minibus within Eidskog, Kongsvinger, Sør-Odal and Nord-Odal municipalities in Hedmark, as well as trips in and out of these municipalities. This includes, amongst other things, school transport, ordered/service/flex routes and other call-off managed transport, including municipal transport assignments.

Parallel framework agreements can be signed with several service providers. The framework agreements' total value is calculated to 10000000 - 12500000 NOK per annum and they will run for 2.5 years from 1.1.2014 with further options.
