The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 788, as amended - hereinafter: "the Act on forests") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection , fire protection, logging and skidding, as well as hunting and nursery management, to be carried out in the Iława Forest District in 2019. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the sum of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, as well as hunting and farming nursery resulting from Annex 3 to the ToR.
